BUTTSTOCK REPAIR
Approximately 3 inches of the rear of the comb, around an inch down
into the buttplate area, broke off of this Model 93 and was lost. A
piece with similar grain was dug out of the scrap box and spliced in. The buttstock and forend were both refinished after the repair (Armory finish).
